姜母鸭是泉州有名的美食，这家斯丹大概是人最多的了吧。总店就在老城区，清净寺就在隔壁。街面店铺就能看到一排排的炉灶，上面全是正在烹饪的姜母鸭，路过就能闻到香味。

斯丹姜母鸭，就在清净寺边上不远处，逛完过来吃饭正好。沿街的门面主要是揽客以及一排排的鸭煲，座位是在后面的巷子里的。姜母鸭本身很好吃，一锅100多，鸭肉酥软入味，连姜片也很好吃。另外点了青菜、冬瓜丸子汤，笋干。ps:米饭和水都是自助的，环境就是快餐店的环境，对环境不要期望太高。

泉州吃姜母鸭必须打卡的一家店，泉州这座古城吃姜母鸭的餐厅很多，但是还是就是这家生意好，位置就在涂门街上，前面是卖鸭子和点单的店面，餐厅在后面，味道有着浓郁的姜味儿，而且已经把大部分的油脂都熬制出去了，略微有一点点咸，不过能接受
